Starting to blossom.

Constantia Uitsig Sauvingon Blanc 2009 looking subtle and complex and without the nervousness that I’m sure it had on release. As served by my sister-in-law. Where did she acquire it? “From the top shelf at Pick n Pay – where all the expensive wines are kept.” Wasn’t she anxious about buying “old” Sauvignon Blanc? “I don’t know enough to worry too much. I’ve bought Constantia Uitsig before and I’ve always liked it.”
