Spier Wine Estate

On offer for your children: Spier has enclosed cheetahs on the premises that kids can visit. Catch the birds of prey flying display every day at 14:00 ‚ this one is a big hit and should not be missed. The whole family can also enjoy a picnic in the beautiful gardens where kids can play on the jungle gyms.

Visit the wine tasting centre, the historic buildings and the preserved Cape Dutch gables (21 in total!) and walk through the Manor House and Old Wine Cellar. Enjoy a meal or order a picnic from the farm-to-table Eight Restaurant. Warwick Wine Estate

Warwick is hosting a big event over the Easterweekend calledWarwick in Wonderland (6 ‚ 9 April). There will be a marquee tent on the farm (just in case the rain decides to visit). Under the marquee there will be two playsa day (12:00 & 14:30) with popular characters fromAlice in Wonderland and the Easter Bunny itself! There will also bea jumping castle, balloon modelling andface painting. Tickets for this event will cost kids R150 each and includesa boerewors roll, a juice and entrance to the shows. Seperate to this there is also a jungle gym for kids to enjoy.

On Offer for you: enjoy a wine tasting, and then indulge in one of Warwick’s gourmet picnics (book in advance). During the Warwick in Wonderland festival, adults can enjoy live music later in the afternoon.
