Has bubbles.

60% Chardonnay from Elandskloof in the Overberg,  40% Pinot Noir from Stellenbosch, 48 months on the lees. Price: R110 a bottle. Citrus, white peach and prominent yeasty character on the nose and palate. Rich and broad with a creamy mousse and soft acidity. Sound but uninspired. Score: 15/20.
