55% Pinot Noir, 45% Chardonnay. Five years on the lees, 8 months bottle maturation prior to release. Fine but ultra-energetic mousse. Citrus and hint of brioche on the nose. Very youthful on the palate with outstanding fruit expression – juicy and ripe. Bright acidity. Served with sustainably farmed Kaluga caviar at Steenberg Magna Carta 2009 launch. A deserved icon.
