Neil Ellis Groenekloof Sauvignon Blanc 2015

Fun in the sun.

Neil Ellis has been working with Sauvignon Blanc from Groenekloof near Darling since the early 1990s and there’s absolutely nothing not to like about the 2015 vintage.

A top note of fresh herbs, before lime, green apple and granadilla. Pure and juicy with really zippy acidity – not profound but clean and refreshing and great as a summer aperitif. Price: R98 a bottle.

#WinemagRating: 89/100.
