Sleeping beauty.

Cassia restaurant on Durbanville property Nitida is situated on the edge of a large dam, which meant I could watch a grey heron trying to catch its lunch while I waited for mine. To drink Coronata Integration 2010, a blend of 56% Sauvignon Blanc and 44% Semillion, the latter matured in new French oak for three months before the two components blended together and returned to older oak for a further seven months. Green melon and paprika, the oak adding texture and weight rather than any pronounced flavour and moderate acidity. Currently a bit closed, I expect it will show much better in six to 12 months time. Score: 16/20.
