Alc 14.5% RS 3.2g/l TA 6.1g/l pH 3.64 Matured in French oak for 23 months, 100% new. Tasting note: Dark red in colour. Oak prominent on the nose. Rich and full on the palate with flavours of red fruit and caramel. Fresh acidity, chunky tannins. Slight rustic quality. CE’s score: 16/20.
