Chirpy little number.

The Fledge & Co. is the own label of Margaux Nel, winemaker at family farm Boplaas and Leon Coetzee. Wine of Origin Philadelphia and only 300 bottles made. Red and black fruit and a touch of forest floor on the nose. Medium bodied with really fresh, almost tart acidity and some tannic grip although not overtly oaky. I liked it for its overall savouriness and lack of contrivance. R100 a bottle from Vino Pronto in Gardens. Score: 15.5/20.
