You can't knock til you've tried it.

It doesn’t get more crazy-assed than this. Wine of Origin KwaZulu-Natal. 73% Syrah, 22% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Viognier. Wild yeast barrel fermented in fourth-fill barrels for 120 days. I detected an onion note along with some red fruit. Some tannic grip and rather rustic overall. I scored it 14/20 but that’s kinda academic…
