Best Value Tastings 2019: Entries for 1) White Blends and 2) Red Blends now open

Our Best Value Tastings 2019 programme – aimed at finding the best wines costing between R60 and R120 a bottle – continues. Entries for 1) White Blends and 2) Red Blends are now open.

The White Blend category will be tasted blind by a three-person panel consisting of journalist and taster for Platter’s Joanne Gibson, Blaauwberg Beach Hotel food and beverage manager Ndaba Dube and Jeanri-Tine van Zyl of Feed that Bird communication consultants.

The Red Blend category will be tasted blind by a three-person panel consisting of journalist Malu Lambert, Warwick Estate sales manager Spencer Fondaumiere and winemaker as well as a business development manager at Wine Cellar Jolette Steyn.

Entry deadline has been extended to 18 September.
