CAPPAResults of the Cape Port Producers Association Challenge 2015 have just been announced. Winning wines as follows:

Boplaas Cape Tawny Reserve Bin 1880 – Best in Class, Best Overall
Groot Constantia Cape Ruby 2013 – Best in Class
Boplaas Cape Vintage Reserve Port 2013 – Best in Class
KWV Limited Release Tawny Port 1948 – Best Museum Class

The judging for the 2015 CAPPA Port & Wine Challenge took place on 27 May at Nederburg. Five Cape Wine Masters with a wealth of experience made up the panel. They were Christine Rudman (convener), Winnie Bowman, Meryl Weaver, Raymond Noppe and Colin Frith. They tasted and judged a total of 63 wines and ports.
