Onskuld Chardonnay 2020 from the negociant operation Draaiboek Wines has been popping up on social media of late so I was intrigued to try a bottle. Grapes are from Hemel-en-Aarde Ridge and winemaking is by Stephanie Wiid of Thistle & Weed. It’s a nicely understated offering but not cheap, selling for R422 a bottle from Wine Village in Hermanus.
