Prominent Stellenbosch property Hartenberg has announced on Facebook that Nongcebo Langa has joined its winemaking team. Langa was previously winemaker at Delheim, understudy to Roelof Lotriet. She joins Hartenberg following the departure of long-serving head winemaker Carl Schultz, who left at the beginning of last year after more than three decades at the property, having served since 1993. He was succeeded by Reynie Oosthuizen, formerly winemaker at Kleinood, where he oversaw the Tamboerskloof range.
