Boland Cellar appoints Ross Sleet as CEO

Boland Cellar, based in Paarl, has appointed wine industry veteran Ross Sleet as Chief Executive Officer, effective 1 August 2025. Sleet brings extensive experience to the role, having previously held senior sales and marketing positions at Kleine Zalze and the former Distell. According to Platter’s, Boland Cellar’s growers manage over 1,500 hectares of vineyard, with approximately 15,000 tonnes of grapes processed annually.
