Quoin Rock appoints Schalk Opperman as new winemaker

Schalk Opperman
Quoin Rock, the Stellenbosch property owned by the Ukrainian Gaiduk family, has announced that it has appointed Schalk Opperman as winemaker. Opperman, who graduated with a BSc degree in Viticulture and Oenology at the University of Stellenbosch in 2005, was most recently general manager and winemaker at Lammershoek in the Swartland.
