WineX Cape Town – heaving.
Much has been made of RMB WineX Cape Town being reduced from three to two nights this year, but I attended on Thursday night and report that rumours of its death are greatly exaggerated. While there were some high-profile producers conspicous by their absence, you could still taste the likes of Cape Point Vineyards, Hamilton Russell Vineyards and Tokara. Attendance was estimated at 2 500.
Update: official attendance over the two days was 5 500.
