From the Van der Spuy family of Cape Point Vineyards fame, whose winegrowing team sources grapes for this range from WO Cape Town vineyards, this flinty Chardonnay has a reductive nose with delicate floral fynbos notes, pear and white stone fruit, a pinch of spice. Bright, racy acidity on the palate with crunchy stone fruit and juicy citrus, also citrus peel and mineral undertones. Well-rounded yet restrained, elegant and delicate. ABV 12%
