80% Cinsaut, 20% Pinot Noir. Matured for 10 months in old oak. Cherry and wild strawberry plus hints of earth, pepper and spice on the nose. Medium bodied with moderate acidity and soft tannins – very flavoursome.

Elemental Bob Retro Series Pinot Noir 2016
Price: R240
50% of grapes from Hemel-en-Aarde Ridge, 50% Overberg . Matured for 10 months in old oak. Red cherry and raspberry, a hint of fresh herbs and meat stock on the nose. Light-bodied with super-fresh acidity and a gently spicy quality to the finish.
