Nederburg Private Bin Edelkeur 2009
Price: R480 per 375ml bottle
Made entirely from Chenin Blanc. A top note of potpourri before apricot, mushroom, some nuttiness, ginger and spice. Good fruit concentration and lovely texture but equally plenty of freshness, the finish long and savoury. Complex and balanced, this is just about ready to drink.
