Eikendal appoints Yvonne Lester as winemaker

After working as winemaker at Rupert & Rothschild from September 2001 to November 2020, and then taking a year’s sabbatical, Yvonne Lester is now at Eikendal, the Stellenbosch property owned by the Swiss Saager family. Maryke Botha, who briefly took over after long-serving Nico Grobler left in 2020, has moved to Wildekrans in Bot River.
