Absa Top 10 Olive Oil Awards 2026

South Africa’s top ten Extra Virgin Olive Oils (EVOOs) for 2026 were recently named at the Absa Top 10 Olive Oil Awards.
Following the SA Olive Awards in September, a total of 33 gold medal-winning oils then underwent a further round of assessment and scrutiny by the expert judging panel who selected this year’s top ten EVOOs.
The winners are:
Het Vlock Casteel Mission – Delicate
Terre Paisible Delicate – Delicate
Amber Grove Olive Estate Tero (Picual) – Medium
Willow Creek Estate Blend – Medium
Babylonstoren Coratina 2026 – Medium
Darling Olives EVOO – Medium
Lions Creek Coratina Extra Virgin Olive Oil – Medium
Petra Olives – Medium
Andante Intenso – Intense
De Rustica Coratina – Intense
