Cape Grace launches Terroir & Table dinner series

Cape Grace Hotel has launched Terroir & Table, a new monthly dinner series pairing leading South African wine producers with seasonal menus at its restaurant, Heirloom.
The inaugural event took place on Saturday 25 July featuring Sam Lambson of Minimalist Wines, a range of cool-climate, site-specific Syrahs.
Guests enjoyed a four-course dinner by executive chef Wesli Jacobs, with Lambson hosting the evening and presenting the wines.

Heritage Weekend collaboration with VUUR’s Shaun Scrooby (25–26 September)
