The Cape Grace announces Gregory Czarnecki as culinary collaborator

The Cape Grace hotel situated at the V&A Waterfront has announced that Gregory Czarnecki will be collaborating exclusively in determining their culinary offerings in the future. Czarnecki was previously head chef at The Restaurant at Waterkloof, where he won the Chef of the Year award from Eat Out in 2016, and the establishment itself was named best overall by the food guide in 2018.

Earlier in the year, The Cape Grace Hotel was purchased by Kasada Hospitality Fund, the leading independent real estate private equity platform dedicated to hospitality in Sub-Saharan Africa and it will now feature as part of the Fairmont Hotels & Resorts portfolio owned by Accor, the French-based multinational hospitality company.

The Cape Grace closed in May for a major refurbishment and will open again on 1 December.
