South African Airways recently announced the winners of its annual wine awards arising out of its onboard wine selection for 2015. The winners were:
White Wine: Alvi’s Drift Chardonnay 2013
Red Wine: Hartenberg Shiraz 2010
Mèthode Cap Classic: Laborie Blanc de Blanc 2010
Fortified: Boplaas Cape Tawny Show Reserve
SAA Chairperson’s Award (biggest volume purchased): Joy Wines
SAA CEO’s Award (best producer): De Wetshof
