W.O. Western Cape. The relevance of the name not disclosed. A blend of 90% Shiraz and 10% Carignan from in and around the Swartland. 30% whole bunch fermentation. Red and black fruit, subtle spice and a touch of fynbos. Juicy and fresh – great fruit integrity and properly ripe tannins. Price: R155 a bottle.
