Celestina Agulhas White 2024

Caroline Rillema of Caroline’s Fine Wine Cellar, with stores in Sea Point and Tokai, has also made her own wine for some time now. In 2003, she and her husband, Ray Kilian, bought a 3.5ha piece of land, in Baardskeerdersbos, near Elim in the Agulhas Wine Triangle. The following year, they planted Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon, with the first wine released in 2009. They handle the viticulture themselves and, in 2021, added a small on-site winery.
