When Delheim Pinotage Rosé was first released in 1976, it was a solution to a problem: too much red wine and too little market. The more things change, the more they stay the same, it might be observed…
Including a touch of Muscat, the 50th anniversary edition is charming. Strawberry, watermelon and red apple on the nose, the palate has a creamy texture offset by bright acidity, the finish dry. Alc: 12.5%.
