W.O. Paarl. Red boiled sweets, earth and spice plus a slight note of nail polish remover. The palate is light and cheery (alcohol 12.5%) with bright acidity and soft tannins. Serve chilled as an accompaniment to al fresco summer lunches. Wine Cellar price: R105 a bottle.
