To celebrate the relocation of the winemag.co.za editorial office (and the residence of Family Eedes), a bottle of Moët & Chandon Rosé Impérial (R649 a bottle from the local Aroma Drop Inn) from Swartland Revolution commemorative glasses. Yup, that’s how we roll.

And how was the sparkler? I’m curious about your impression of it versus, for example, the Graham Beck rose.

Hi Joe, It was, I have to admit, delicious. Not complex but rich (40 to 50% Pinot Noir of which 10% red wine) and precisely assembled. Pink MCC tends to be a bit more rustic, I would suggest.
