Rainbow’s End new releases
By Christian Eedes, 15 July 2026
Banghoek property Rainbow’s End was acquired by civil engineer Jacques Malan in 1978, with sons Francois and Anton now running the show – the former overseeing viticulture while sharing winemaking duties with the latter. The Syrah 2024 narrowly missed out on a Top 10 placing in the recent category report sponsored by Prescient Fund Services, earning 92 points, but the focus here is firmly on Bordeaux varieties, in particular Cabernet Franc.
