Best Value Tastings 2019: Entries for final instalment now open

By , 5 August 2019

Our Best Value Tastings programme – aimed at finding the best wines costing between R60 and R120 a bottle – is about to wrap up for the year.

Our intention is to identify great everyday drinking – wines which offer refreshment and flavour under ordinary circumstances, are widely available and don’t cost too much.

The minimum stock requirement is 300 six-bottle cases or 1800 bottles. Wines will be tasted blind by a three-person panel of experienced judges using the 100-point system.

Entries are now closed.
