The International Wine & Spirit Competition (IWSC) was founded in 1969 and is one of the most prestigious of its kind in the world. 2011 results were announced yesterday with the following South African wines winning trophies:
Kanu KCB Chenin Blanc 2007
Monis Wood Matured Muscadel 2004 (Fortified Wine – Worldwide)
Savanha Naledi Pinotage 2009
Spier Private Collection Chardonnay 2009
Van Ryn’s 20 YO Collectors Reserve (Worldwide Brandy)
