Steenberg appoints Elunda Basson as new winemaker

Elunda Basson is the new winemaker at Steenberg Vineyards, the Graham Beck Enterprises-owned property in Constantia. Basson, who succeeds JD Pretorius after his move to Warwick in Stellenbosch, takes up her new position in June this year and will be responsible for managing the entire winemaking operations at Steenberg. Her previous experience includes a seven-year stint at Nederburg as well as being head winemaker at the House of J.C. Le Roux from 2007 until now.
