Whole-bunch pressed then naturally fermented without cooling in a combination of old barrels, concrete egg-shaped tanks and stainless steel. Enticing whiffs of sweet oak spice and butterscotch, along with orange citrus and pineapple. Soft and creamy mouthfeel with great fruit intensity/evolution on the mid-palate, leaving lemon peel impression on the finish. ABV 13%
