StellenboschNews.com reports that Distell has sold renowned Helderberg property Alto to Germany company LVS Capital, the major shareholder in Ernie Els Wines. Plaisir de Merle remains on the market.

Did they also buy Stellenzicht? or was it a different entity associated with Ernie Els Wines?

Hi Kevin, Owners of Ernie Els Wines since 2015 are golfer Ernie Els and Baron Hans von Staff-Reitzenstein, the latter a primary figure in LVS Capital. Stellenzicht was acquired by Ernie Els Wines in 2017: https://winemag.co.za/wine/industry-news/stellenzicht-sold/
